Customer Rewards Program

We are excited to announce the launch of our new customer rewards program, aimed at providing a range of significant benefits to our valued customers. Our goal is to exceed customer satisfaction by offering customized solutions that drive the growth of their businesses. We strongly believe in nurturing long-lasting relationships and this program is just one of the many ways we are committed to supporting our customers’ success.

Starting from January 1, 2024, our reward program will reward customers for their purchases. Eligible products will allow customers to earn rewards after spending $3,000. Once the threshold is reached, customers can choose between receiving 1 hour of free service technician time or a $75 credit at Silver Agency for advertising. Please note that equipment and parts are not eligible for the $3,000 requirement.

There is no limit to the rewards you can earn! You can accumulate as many rewards as you like and they never expire, so you can use them whenever you want. When you purchase $3,000 or more worth of eligible products, you can continue adding to your rewards. Enjoy the benefits of unlimited rewards and make the most of your purchases!

Explanation of Rewards
Service Technician Time
• This reward includes the labor and travel time of the Service Technician but does not cover any necessary parts.

• Services offered by Silver Agency are, but not limited to:
o YouTube Advertising
o Search Engine Optimization (helps website organic ranking)
o Search Engine Marketing (Google ads/Bing ads)

o Web Design
o Media Buying
o Traditional Marketing (Mailers, billboards, radio, TV)
o Videography/Photography

Redeeming Rewards
If you want to use your rewards, please call our office. If you want to use your rewards to cover service technician charges, we will apply the discount to your invoice. If you prefer to use your rewards for credit at Silver Agency, we will contact them and credit the amount you requested to your account.

The following are the limits to using your rewards:
• Cannot use more than 5 hours of Service Technician time in 1 month.
• Cannot use more than $1,000 credit at Silver Agency in 1 month.
