Our Leadership Team
Troy Wilcox
CEO
Troy has 26 years of experience in the packaging industry. He worked for a regional packaging distribution company in Southwest Washington for 19 years, increasing annual sales to $4MM. He is the Executive Director of the Northwest Meat Processors Association, a group dedicated to serving the meat processors of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, which elected him to lead their organization in 2022. Troy has been a trusted supplier to this group for the past 10 years.
Cleveland (Cleve) Wix
Chief Service Technician
Cleveland (Cleve) Wix is an experienced machinery technician who has worked in large plants such as Agri-Beef in Washington State, as well as for some key machinery service companies in the Northwest, during his 40-year career. His vast experience has earned him the trust and admiration of customers throughout the region. People trust Cleve for both the repair of their existing equipment and for purchasing new equipment. Cleve is highly sought after because he is widely recognized as an area expert.
Dave Skaar
Business Manager
Dave Skaar has been an employee of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services for 14 years. During this time, he worked his way up to become the manager of state operations for the SNAP Employment & Training program. In this capacity, Dave leads a team of employees who manage more than 100 SNAP E&T service contractors, with an annual budget of $40MM. Dave was instrumental in developing the WA SNAP E&T program into one of the top SNAP E&T programs in the nation.
